Country Lead, CloudRock India · AI-Enabled Transformation Leader
I run an 80+ person India delivery organisation built up from 14, across Mumbai and Bangalore, as Country Lead and a Director of the India entity.
Seventeen years of enterprise HR and finance technology — and two years spent building AI systems with my own hands, because reading about agents turns out to be very different from running them.

I started in 2007 at Infosys, writing integrations on Oracle Fusion Middleware — BPEL, ESB, XSLT. Unglamorous plumbing, but it taught me the thing that has underwritten everything since: enterprise systems fail at the seams, not in the middle.
An MBA at IMT Ghaziabad took me into process work at Genpact — Six Sigma, master data governance for a US pharma client, seventeen Lean initiatives. Then Deloitte, moving from packaged Workday integrations into Studio and custom frameworks, and Capgemini, leading the integrations blueprint on a large Workday transformation end to end.
At Star India I ran HR technology for India and South-East Asia — 7,000+ tickets over three years, 360+ monthly payroll loads, and the Disney Vista global transformation: 700+ files, seven countries, 23 legal entities, 2,000+ test scenarios, live with zero critical defects.
In 2023 I joined CloudRock to build the India operation from scratch. Fourteen people to eighty-plus in twenty-four months, two offices stood up end to end, a seat on the India board, 98% client satisfaction.
Then AI arrived properly. I could have read about it. Instead I started building — weekends, hackathons, real deployments. That's what's below.

Arrange via API, act through the real browser, assert via API. Includes self-healing locators, LLM-assisted failure triage, and a watchdog that tree-kills hung automation on network drops.
An engine that recommends the best-placed support engineer for a ticket using skill proficiency, live capacity and customer-history signals — replicating how team leads actually reason rather than matching keywords. Shipped with a browser front end and an accuracy validator tuned against months of real lead decisions.
Predicts next week's support hours per team member by blending weighted time-tracking actuals, ticket load and inbound-velocity trend, capped by existing capacity. Read-only by design — it recommends, it doesn't act. Used live in weekly resourcing calls.
Hand-rolled JSON-RPC over stdio with OAuth PKCE against an enterprise HR platform, after the official SDK proved unusable in a locked-down corporate environment. This is the plumbing the automation runs on.
Mapped a full managed-services reporting workspace across time-tracking, service-desk and HR sources — surfacing real data-quality gaps — and replaced hand-built leadership decks with repeatable Python generators.
Authored the technical brief for safe AI-agent adoption — architecture, credential handling, data-flow, and the design constraints that make it defensible: proxy-first, read-only by default, explicit approval before any external write.
Garmin sleep analytics with an AgentShield safety layer wrapping the model calls. Deployed on Azure.
